“If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. … For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory” (Colossians 3:1-4).

These powerful words found in Paul’s letter to the Colossians remind us of our new identity in Christ. As Christians, we are raised, seated, and hidden in Christ. One day, we will also “appear with him in glory.”

The devil is the father of lies and that also makes him an identity thief. The last thing he wants you to know is your true identity in Christ.
