"Don't worry, be happy!" Sounds easy enough, doesn't it? But worry is a real struggle for a lot of people. They wring their hands, fret over the frivolous, and lose sleep at night. Worry and its cousin called stress can even lead to heart disease. 

Jesus linked worry to something worse, a lack of faith. To the worry warts that agonized over what they would wear, he pointed to the flowers and said, "If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?" (Matthew 6:25-34)

So, don't worry, be happy and choose to walk by faith.
