Can we know what God is really like? Can we know Him personally and worship Him authentically? Or, is God so high and lifted up that He dwells in a realm too far from humans?

It’s true that most of us only know about the President of the United States. We know about him through daily media and can follow him on social media. But most of us will never know the President personally.

But the God of the Bible is not like that. He is both far and near at the same time. Even Jesus said to the Father, “And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent” (John 17:3).

I really enjoyed reading this thoughtful piece on eternal life—it’s refreshing to see media that dives deeper into meaningful topics like this. On a related note, I had to contact msnbc customer service recently about streaming issues, and I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and helpful they were. It’s cool when media outlets not only provide good content but also back it up with solid support when you need it. Makes staying connected and engaged with important discussions way easier. Definitely worth keeping in mind if you’re a regular viewer or listener!
