The Rise and Fall of Babylon

It started in the plains of Shinar. Nimrod gathered people from the east and built a tower to the heavens in defiance against Almighty God. One language. One people. One world order. Genesis 11 says, “And from there the Lord dispersed them over the face of all the earth.”

 

Much later, Babylon rises as a city and then a powerful civilization. The Lord actually allowed the Babylonians to take captive the chosen people of God for seventy painful years. Babylon rises and falls and rises again at the end of the age.

 

Babylon’s ultimate destruction will be sudden, shocking, and sweeping. Are you prepared for the last days of planet earth and the return of Jesus Christ?
