Surprised by Grace · Something Good Radio

Are you surprised by God’s grace, which is His unmerited favor? It is only because of God’s grace that Paul, also known as Saul of Tarsus, became a changed man whom God used to change the world.

In his first letter to Timothy, the Apostle Paul reflects on his experience in Christ by saying,

“I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me trustworthy, appointing me to his service. Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief, and the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 1:12-14).
