"Therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?" (Matthew 5:25).

Jesus asks a reasonable question, doesn't he? As rationale human beings, we know he speaks the truth about the foolishness of worry.

But when the economy is free-falling like a bungee jumper and gas prices are going through the sunroof, isn't it careless not to worry? As people of faith, we're not free to worry. But can we really live a worry free life? Jesus says yes to the person who seeks first his kingdom.
