God Is In Control · Something Good Radio

Psalm 29:10 says, “The Lord sits enthroned as king forever.” It’s another way of saying God is absolutely sovereign.

The Queen of England is called The Sovereign because she is Head of State in Britain’s constitutional monarchy. However, the Queen does not possess all power and all authority. The ability to pass legislation, for example, resides with the elected Parliament. Only God is absolutely sovereign and completely in control.

Years ago, “God Is In Control” was a popular song on the Christian music charts. The lyrics say, “There is one thing that has always been true. It will be true forever. God is in control.” What difference does it make in your life to know that God is in control?
