Are you feeling under pressure today? Increasingly high anxiety levels indicate that many people today are under pressure, and they don’t know how to cope. The right amount of pressure motivates some people. But too much pressure can weigh others down, producing emotional breakdowns, fear, and other mental health crisis.

Perhaps nobody faced more pressure throughout his life and ministry than did the Apostle Paul. From the beginning, Jesus said that Saul of Tarsus, the newly converted man who had been terrorizing Christians, would suffer much for His name’s sake (Acts 9:15). Jesus was not exaggerating.

How do you handle pressure? Like the Apostle Paul, when under pressure, take courage, embrace the grace of God, and trust the power of God to protect you.
