Ron Jones is a pastor, author, speaker and founder of Something Good Radio, a new and creative broadcast that features his trusted Bible-teaching ministry. Something Good with Dr. Ron Jones and Something Good Miinute can be heard in five states (VA, WVA MD, PA and DE) and by an audience of more than 8 million people in the Washington DC, Baltimore and Northern Virginia areas.

For nearly 20 years, Ron has served churches in Texas, Oklahoma and Virginia, most recently as the senior pastor of a leading church in the Washington D.C. area with more than 3,000 people in weekly attendance.

Dr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Financial Planning from Purdue University, a Master of Theology (Th.M.) degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree in Expository Preaching from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

As a financial coach, Ron is the author of Becoming Financial Soul Mates, a money and marriage curriculum he developed with his wife Cathryn. The Joneses have inspired hundreds of couples to debt-proof their marriage and live as one flesh and one financially.

Ron is passionate about introducing people to Jesus Christ through anointed biblical teaching that transforms lives. A frequent blogger and social media participant, he lives in the Washington D.C. area with his wife Cathryn, their two children, and a golden retriever.
