Pithiness Rules

We live in the Twitter age where pithiness rules. Say what you’re going to say in 140 characters or less. Try it some time. It’s not easy. It takes discipline, creativity, and a writer’s flare to tweet something worth remembering. 

 

That’s why I’m so impressed with a 3,000-year-old book found in the Bible. As a repository of divine wisdom, Proverbs is chock full of divine guidance for your everyday life. It covers a wide range of topics from marriage and family to finances and friendships. It does all of this and more in a collection of short sayings. 

 

Pithiness rules! Proverbs is perfect for on-the-go people like you and me because it delivers the truth in short, memorable, and wise sayings.
