They coined the phrase “management by walking around” or MBWA as a way of describing how exceptional executives make their companies excellent. The authors encouraged executives to get out of the ivory tower and mingle with their workers.
Jesus manages His church by walking amidst the golden lampstands, not as a corporate CEO but as a royal priest.
