We call them “silly love songs” because they make us feel silly on the inside, taking us back to a time and place when we fell in love.

I can think of another love song that dates back three thousand years. You won’t find an audio recording of it, but you will find the lyrics in the Old Testament Scriptures. I’m talking about a book in the Bible called the Song of Solomon—the love song of all love songs.

From the beginning, this crazy little thing called love was God’s idea.
