Father of Lies · Something Good Radio

Jesus called him the “father of lies.” From the beginning, his modus operandi was trickery and deceit. He wouldn’t know the truth if it hit him between the horns atop his head.

The only way to defeat a fraud like the devil is by strapping on the belt of truth. Pull it tight because you need to know the enemy and understand his schemes. You must also know the truth. The truth will set you free. It will also make a coward like the devil run scared.

Jesus says of the devil, “He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language” (John 8:44).
