Some people practice cafeteria religion. Are you one of them? Do you take your main course from Christianity but then try an appetizer from Buddhism and a dessert from Islam? Add a salad from Judaism and a cocktail or two from Hinduism, and you have a full religious meal. Sounds appetizing, doesn’t it?

What you don’t know is that a meal like that produces spiritual indigestion because of something called the law of contradiction. Two ideas that contradict each other cannot both be true.

Pluralism and the tolerant spirit of the age demand the blending of all religions into a single, harmonious belief system. However, only atheists and well-meaning but uninformed religious people believe that all religions are the same.
